Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position based in Gurugram. As a Lead Agentic AI | Machine Learning Architect, you will design and develop AI/ML architecture and frameworks for advanced projects. Responsibilities include crafting scalable software architectures, implementing advanced programming models, and optimizing design patterns to fulfill enterprise-grade solutions. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate compliance-focused AI and machine learning solutions into clients' systems, aligning with global regulatory standards.

Qualifications

Strong expertise in Software Architecture and Design, with a focus on scalable, secure, and efficient systems.
Profound skills in Software Development and Programming, preferably in AI/ML frameworks and languages.
Proficiency in Software Design and applying Design Patterns to build modular, maintainable, and efficient solutions.
In-depth understanding of generative AI frameworks such as LangChain, RAG, and PyTorch.
Advanced knowledge of global data privacy and security regulations (e.g., GDPR, DPDP Act, EU AI Act).
At least 7-10 years of relevant experience in the AI/ML architecture or software development domains.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.
Master’s or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, Software Engineering, or related field is preferred.
