Key Responsibilities: Assist in planning, organizing, and coordinating training programs Support in designing engaging learning content, materials, and modules Maintain and update training records and reports Coordinate with trainers, external vendors, and internal stakeholders Gather feedback and analyze training effectiveness Contribute to new initiatives in employee development and capability building Skills & Attributes: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Creative thinking and attention to detail Proficiency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel) Eagerness to learn and contribute proactively Why Join Us?
