L&D Trainee

We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Learning & Development Trainee to join our dynamic HR team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are keen to begin their career in L&D and contribute to creating impactful learning experiences throughout the organization. Your key responsibilities will include assisting in the planning, organizing, and coordinating of training programs. You will also support the design of engaging learning content, materials, and modules, as well as maintain and update training records and reports. Collaboration with trainers, external vendors, and internal stakeholders will be essential. Additionally, you will be gathering feedback and analyzing training effectiveness while contributing to new initiatives in employee development and capability building. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with creative thinking and attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel, is required. An eagerness to learn and contribute proactively will be highly valued. There will also be an opportunity to transition into a full-time role based on performance. In return for your contributions, we offer an 18,000 In-hand Monthly Stipend, with the possibility of Full-Time Employee (FTE) Conversion after 1 year at 2.26 LPA.
