Role Overview: As an L&D specialist in the ITES/BPO/KPO industry, you will collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning needs, objectives, and content requirements. You will design learning programs based on business needs, either internally or in partnership with external firms. Building strong relationships with business stakeholders and HRBP is crucial to foster a culture of learning. Utilize instructional design methodologies and learning technologies to create effective learner-centric learning experiences. Key Responsibilities: - Facilitate and deliver learning sessions, workshops, and learning interventions using a variety of learning methods such as virtual, classroom, or blended approaches. - Evaluate and assess the effectiveness of learning programs through feedback to measure impact. - Anchor the Learning Experience Platform (LXP) to ensure relevant skills are in place, track learning content, and monitor participant progress.
