Job Description

Role & responsibilities Training Programs: Organizing both internal and external training programs for employees based on their individual needs and the organizations requirements. These programs aim to enhance employees' skills, knowledge, and professional growth. Employee Engagement Activities: Identifying and organizing various engagement activities that foster employee involvement and ensure they remain motivated, productive, and connected to the organizations culture. Wellness Sessions: Facilitating wellness sessions to promote health and fitness awareness among employees, helping them maintain physical and mental well-being, and supporting overall work-life balance. Induction Program: Ensuring that an induction session is conducted for every new employee within seven days of their joining, to help them understand the organizations culture, policies, and processes. Learning & Development (L&D) Report: Compiling and maintaining a comprehensive monthly report that tracks the progress and effectiveness of training programs, employee engagement activities, and wellness sessions within the organization.
