Skills:


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing behavioural content for training modules and presentations.
  • Help organize and coordinate both virtual and in-person training sessions.
  • Conduct research on trends, tools, and best practices in learning and development.
  • Observe and document training outcomes and participant feedback.
  • Conduct research and gather data to support evidence-based practices and program development.
  • Focus on meeting KPIs throughout the internship.
