As a Senior Associate, you will collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging content that meets diverse learner needs while maintaining compliance with industry standards.

What You Must Have

• Master's Degree
• 3 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

• Master's Degree in English Literature, Mass Communication, English Education, or Instructional Design
• Proficiency in instructional design models like ADDIE and SAM
• Designing for CPE learning with NASBA compliance knowledge
• Utilizing tools such as Articulate Storyline 360 and Captivate
• Analyzing data to enhance learning outcomes
• Coordinating projects and engaging stakeholders effectively
• Adapting to fast-paced, matrixed environments
• Creating accessibility-compliant content
• Staying updated with latest learning trends
