Laser Engineer

As an Engineer in the Service - Laser Cutting Machine department, your role will involve responding to customer complaints, evaluating and resolving customer problems, and assisting in the installation of equipment. You will analyze, inspect, and review findings to determine solutions to customer demands. Additionally, you will work closely with technical sales engineers, offer customer training, repair and maintain equipment, and monitor product performance. Key Responsibilities: - Respond to customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently - Assist in the installation and maintenance of equipment - Analyze and review findings to determine solutions - Work with technical sales engineers to provide customer training - Repair and maintain equipment and monitor product performance - Maintain product manuals and provide regular reports and feedback to customers - Develop strong customer relations and report common complaints to management - Make recommendations for maintenance and product development Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role - Diploma or BE/B.Tech degree in EC/Electrical - Hands-on experience with fiber laser cutting machines - Knowledge of Cypcut software - Effective written and verbal communication skills - Travel-friendly with a possession of a two-wheeler - Sound technical knowledge and ability to collaborate with customers and colleagues Additional Company Details: - The company emphasizes the importance of effective communication, problem-solving skills, and maintaining strong customer relationships. ,
