Key Responsibilities
· Lead the development of backend systems using Laravel, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
· Architect and maintain clean, modular, and reusable codebases with strong documentation.
· Design and build robust RESTful APIs and ensure seamless integration with Next.js / React.js frontends.
· Mentor and train junior developers through code reviews, pair programming, and technical guidance.
· Implement caching, queues, background jobs, and performance optimizations.
· Work closely with product and UI teams to deliver end-to-end features.
· Integrate third-party services (payment gateways, SMS, WhatsApp APIs, etc.).
· Participate in DevOps, deployment, and performance monitoring (preferably AWS).
· Contribute to best practices, process improvements, and architecture decisions.
Required Skills
· 5–8 years of hands-on experience in Laravel / PHP frameworks.
· Strong understanding of MySQL, Eloquent ORM, and API development.
· Expertise in REST API design, authentication (JWT / OAuth), and middleware concepts.
· Familiarity with AWS / cloud environments, version control (Git), and CI/CD pipelines.
· Experience mentoring or technically leading a small team of developers.
· Strong debugging, problem-solving, and system design skills.
Good-to-Have
· Exposure to Next.js / React.js or frontend frameworks.
· Experience with Redis, Queues, or Job Scheduling (Laravel Horizon).
· Knowledge of microservices, Docker, or Kubernetes.
· Familiarity with AI/ML API integration or SaaS-based multi-tenant systems.
· Interest in clean architecture and test-driven development (TDD).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
