Job Title: Laravel Developer

Experience Level: Open to Freshers and Experienced Developers

For All Candidates:

● Develop and maintain scalable web applications using the Laravel framework.

● Write clean, reusable, and efficient code following Laravel best practices.

● Develop and maintain responsive user interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.

● Work with Laravel’s Eloquent ORM to interact with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MSSQL, and SQLite.

● Develop and consume RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.

● Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues and bugs.

● Participate in code reviews, daily standups, and sprint planning sessions. Additional Responsibilities for

Experienced Developers:

● Design and optimize complex database schemas, relationships, and queries.

● Perform query performance tuning and index optimization. 

● Set up and manage server environments (e.g., Apache, Nginx, Laravel Forge, shared/VPS/dedicated hosting).

● Handle server deployment, SSL integration, queue management, and job scheduling.

● Configure and manage Git, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment workflows.

● Monitor application performance and resolve production issues.

Additional Responsibilities for Freshers:

● Assist in building and maintaining Laravel modules and database models.

● Write basic queries and manage data using MySQL or MSSQL under supervision.

● Learn how to deploy applications to servers and use version control (Git).

● Understand Laravel migrations, seeders, and basic database relationships.

● Support in server-related tasks like uploading projects or setting environment variables (.env).

● Take feedback from senior developers and apply best practices in database and server usage
