Job Description

Hardware Repairs: Diagnose and replace faulty components such as screens, keyboards, hard drives, and batteries. Software Troubleshooting: Install, update, and reinstall operating systems (e.g., Windows, macOS, Linux) and software applications. Data Backup and Recovery: Perform data backups and restore data in case of system failures. System Maintenance: Maintain and upgrade systems, including hardware and software. Technical Support: Provide technical support to users, addressing their queries and resolving problems. Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve hardware and software issues using diagnostic tools. Record Keeping: Maintain records of repairs and fixes for future reference. Inventory Management: Monitor parts inventories and inform management of stock levels. Customer Interaction: Interact with customers, providing clear communication and explaining technical issues. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
