Key Responsibilities:

• Client Acquisition:

  Proactively identify and source new clients for LAP by generating leads, networking, and leveraging existing relationships.

• Sales Target Achievement:

  Meet or exceed sales targets set for the LAP business by delivering consistent results.

• Product Knowledge:

  Provide clients with clear, accurate, and comprehensive details regarding LAP products, including terms, eligibility, and benefits.

• Client Relationship Management:

  Build, maintain, and grow long-term relationships with clients by delivering exceptional service and personalized financial solutions.

• Loan Processing:

  Guide clients through the loan application process from start to finish, including document collection, verification, and disbursement.

• Cross-Selling:

  Identify opportunities to cross-sell other products (e.g., home loans, business loans, insurance) to enhance the financial offerings for clients.

• Market Analysis:

  Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor offerings in the LAP market to position the bank's products effectively.

• Compliance & Documentation:

  Ensure that all loan applications meet regulatory compliance standards and follow internal policies.

• Customer Service:

  Provide continuous support by addressing client queries, offering solutions, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education:

  Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (MBA/PGDM preferred).

• Experience:

  2-5 years of experience in sales, relationship management, or financial products, with prior experience in LAP being highly desirable.

• Communication Skills:

  Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.

• Analytical Skills:

  Strong financial and risk assessment skills to evaluate LAP applications and ensure creditworthiness.

• Negotiation Skills:

  Ability to negotiate loan terms, interest rates, and other key deal components while maintaining strong client relationships.

• Problem-Solving:

  Strong problem-solving abilities to resolve issues efficiently and professionally, ensuring client satisfaction.

• Tech-Savvy:

  Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and experience using loan management systems.
