Language Production Manager

The Production Language Management role merges quality ownership and process management into a single strategic function. As a PLM, you will manage language quality, assets, and workflows for assigned accounts, ensuring operational excellence and innovation in production delivery.

• Own quality and production processes for assigned accounts.
• Serve as the main customer contact for production-related services.
• Create, maintain, and improve account language assets and tools.
• Monitor account performance metrics and implement corrective actions.
• Support deployment of MT and GenAI workflows.
• Collaborate with GDC and CoE teams to ensure delivery excellence.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Languages, Translation, or related domain.
• 3–5 years of experience in localization, production, or quality management.
• Demonstrated success working on several accounts or programs
• Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage processes and ensure workflow efficiency.
• Clear communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset with a focus on results.
