Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective language and communication strategies to achieve business objectives.
Lead and manage teams of language professionals to ensure high-quality output and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance team members' language and communication skills.
Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all aspects of language and communication.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse groups.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Experience with language-related projects and initiatives is an asset.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
