As a Landscape Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating landscape projects from conception to completion. This includes planning, managing teams, sourcing materials, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. You will play a key role in maintaining the beauty and functionality of various landscapes.

Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate landscaping projects from start to finish.Plan and schedule landscape maintenance and improvements.Manage and lead a team of landscapers and gardeners.Communicate with clients to understand their landscaping needs and preferences.Source and budget materials and supplies for landscaping projects.Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.Monitor and inspect work progress and quality on site.Provide training and guidance to landscaping staff.

QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent; degree in horticulture or related field preferred.Minimum of 3 years of experience in landscape supervision or management.Strong knowledge of landscaping techniques, tools, and machinery.Excellent leadership and team management skills.Ability to read blueprints and landscape designs.Good communication and customer service skills.Strong organizational and time-management abilities.Valid drivers license.
