KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop creative and sustainable landscape design concepts for a variety of projects.
• Prepare detailed drawings, renderings, and presentations for client meetings and approvals.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and consultants to integrate landscape design seamlessly into overall project vision.
• Work on planting plans, hardscape details, irrigation layouts, and sustainable green strategies.
• Conduct site analysis, surveys, and feasibility studies.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and best practices in landscape architecture.
• Ensure design deliverables meet quality standards and project deadlines.

• Design & Conceptual Skills:

• Ability to conceptualize and develop creative landscape design solutions.

• Strong spatial awareness and attention to detail.
• Skilled at translating ideas into compelling visual presentations.

• Technical Skills

  :
• Proficiency in relevant design and presentation software: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and MS Office.
• Familiarity with GIS, Revit, or BIM tools will be an added advantage.
• Understanding of planting design, irrigation systems, and sustainable landscape practices.

• Communication & Presentation

  :
• Strong visual storytelling and graphic presentation skills.
• Ability to prepare high-quality design drawings, renderings, and client presentations.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
