Job Description

Job Title: Landscape Architect-Asst Project Manager/Sr.Architect Location: Gurgaon Key Responsibilities: Development and management of BIM models for landscape architecture projects. Collaboration with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate landscape designs into overall project models. Ensuring accuracy, currency, and compliance with industry standards of BIM models. Generation of detailed drawings, schedules, and documentation from BIM models. Participation in project meetings and provision of technical support related to BIM. Keeping abreast of the latest BIM technologies and best practices. Requirements Qualifications: Mandatory Bachelor’s degree in landscape architecture, Architecture, or a related field. Preferred Master’s degree in landscape architecture. Mandatory proficiency in AutoCAD. Most preferred understanding of BIM and software such as Revit, Navisworks, Sketchup. Strong grasp of landscape design principles and practices. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities. Experience with clash detection and resolution in a BIM environment is a plus.
