About the Role:

We are looking for a rare professional someone who blends visionary thinking with grounded relationship mastery.

You will represent the founder in front of Ahmedabads most respected channel partners and high-net-worth clients.

This is not a transactional sales role its a credibility-driven relationship architecture mission.

Key Responsibilities:

Build, nurture, and activate a network of top-tier channel partners (brokers, advisors, and syndicators) who cater to HNI and Ultra-HNI clients.
Present fractional land investment opportunities with strategic articulation and financial clarity.
Maintain consistent engagement and trust-building rhythm — calls, meetings, follow-ups, events.
Assist in deal structuring, payout communication, and long-term relationship tracking.
Be the face of the founder’s vision — build confidence and trust in every interaction.
Convert conversations into momentum — not just closures, but future deal gravity.

Requirements:

5+ years in luxury real estate, land sales, or wealth management.
Strong financial IQ and comfort discussing crores-level transactions.
Excellent articulation — fluent in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
Charismatic yet composed; persuasive without pressure.
Has a daily hustle rhythm and thrives on deep relationship-building.
Highly ethical, discreet, and visionary — you see where the city is going, not just where it is today.
