Executive – Land Acquisition

Roles & Responsibilities

Market Research & Lead Generation

• Assist in identifying potential land parcels through market visits, broker networks, land aggregators, and local contacts.
  
• Track basic market trends, upcoming infrastructure, government notifications, and local developments.
  

Initial Assessments

• Support senior team members in conducting preliminary feasibility checks such as:
  
• Location study
  
• Market demand overview
  
• Basic understanding of FSI/FAR and local zoning guidelines
  

Coordination for Due Diligence

• Coordinate with internal teams for legal due diligence activities (title documents collection, meeting landowners).
  
• Assist technical teams with site visits, surveys, and data collection.
  

Stakeholder Engagement

• Build and maintain good relationships with brokers, local authorities, landowners, and market influencers.
  
• Participate in negotiations by supporting senior acquisition managers with information and documentation.
  

Documentation & Process Support

• Support in drafting basic proposals, collecting documents, preparing MIS reports, and maintaining acquisition-related data.
  
• Assist in preparing commercial summaries, MoUs, and agreements under guidance.
  

Cross-functional Coordination

• Work closely with legal, finance, business development, and technical teams for smooth transaction processes.
  
• Provide administrative and operational support during deal closures.
  

Team Collaboration

• Learn from and support senior team members on end-to-end land acquisition tasks.
  
• Participate in training, field studies, and market mapping exercises.
  

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 0–4 years of experience in real estate, land sourcing, sales, or field operations (freshers welcome).
  
• Strong communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.
  
• Good analytical thinking and willingness to learn land acquisition processes.
  
• Ability to travel extensively for market visits and land scouting.
  
• Local language proficiency (mandatory).
  
• Candidates with background in Real Estate, Civil Engineering, Geography, MBA (Marketing/Real Estate) preferred but not mandatory.
