Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Land Acquisition Advisor/Manager/Executive located in Chennai. The responsibilities include identifying potential land acquisitions, negotiating with landowners, and monitoring land acquisition processes. The role also involves coordinating with legal teams for due diligence, collaborating with project teams for feasibility assessments, and maintaining records of land transactions. Ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and providing regular reports to senior management are also key tasks. Qualifications Experience in land acquisition, real estate development, and property negotiations Strong understanding of legal procedures, regulatory requirements, and due diligence Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in maintaining detailed records and reports Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Law, or related field preferred Experience with large-scale land acquisitions and knowledge of local land markets is a plus Show more Show less
