Job Description – Labour Claim Executive (Mid-Range Products)

Position Title: Labour Claim Executive
Department: Service / Warranty
Location: Bhubaneswar, Mancheswar
Reports To: Service Manager / Warranty Head

Employment Type: Full-time

Experience Required: Minimum 5 years (Automobile Service/Warranty)

Eligibility Criteria:

· Minimum 5 years of experience in the automobile segment (technical background preferred).

· Good knowledge of computers and online portals.

· Experience in reporting and documentation.

· Strong communication and coordination skills.

Roles & Responsibilities:

· Raise failure details in the JCB TechWeb portal accurately and on time.

· Coordinate with Service Engineers regarding machine failure modes and capture required information.

· Collect and verify necessary data from Service Engineers, including machine photos, Hour Meter Reading (HMR), and Service Visit Report (SVR).

· Prepare and submit labour claims to JCB with complete and correct supporting documentation.

· Ensure daily target of 8–10 claims is met (approx. 200 claims per month covering both BHL & HL products).

· Assist in managing the projected 1,000 claims for BHL and 1,500 claims for HL as provided by JCB.

· Maintain proper records and reports of claims submitted, pending, and approved for management review.

· Highlight discrepancies or repeated failure modes to the Service Manager for corrective action.

· Ensure adherence to JCB guidelines, quality standards, and timelines in claim processing.

Key Skills Required

· Strong technical knowledge of automobile/service industry.

· Good computer proficiency (MS Office, web portals, reporting tools).

· Eye for detail and accuracy in documentation.

· Good communication and coordination skills with service teams.

· Ability to work under targets and timelines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
