We are now looking for a dedicated and skilled Lab Technician to join our growing team for the night shift operations. ResponsibilitiesCollect, process, and analyze blood samples accurately and efficiently. Operate hematology, biochemistry, and microbiology analyzers as per standard procedures. Maintain all testing equipment, ensuring proper calibration and cleanliness. Prepare and verify reports before submission. Follow all safety and quality control protocols. Maintain patient confidentiality and uphold the lab’s ethical standards. Manage sample storage, documentation, and inventory during the night shift. RequirementsDiploma or Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT / BMLT). Prior experience in blood testing or pathology labs preferred (freshers with strong skills may also apply). Good understanding of lab instruments and diagnostic techniques. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. Willingness to work night shifts regularly.
