Hands-on experience with automated analyzers (Hematology). Hands-on experience with semi-automated analyzers (Biochemistry). Strong understanding of laboratory practices, QC procedures, and assay optimization. Prior experience in field required. Skills Required:Excellent communication and presentation skills. Excellent blood sample collection capability. Should be able to do routine tests , make smears and use stains. Proficient in handling laboratory and diagnostic instruments, printers. Use lab software and perform lab report entry. Willingness to work with other staff politely amd rssoectfully. Customer-oriented approach. Be Punctual
