Laboratory Manager

You will be working as a Laboratory Manager for Arasna Industries India, a company with a rich legacy spanning over four decades. As the Laboratory Manager, your responsibilities will include overseeing the daily operations of the laboratory in New Delhi. You will be tasked with ensuring compliance with quality control standards, managing laboratory equipment, conducting research and development (R&D) projects, analyzing data, and maintaining a well-organized and safe laboratory environment. To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in Quality Control and Laboratory Skills, along with proficiency in operating Laboratory Equipment and Analytical Skills. Your expertise in Research and Development (R&D), coupled with strong problem-solving and organizational abilities, will be crucial. Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential for effectively managing the laboratory team. Ideally, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, or a related field. Previous experience in a managerial role within a laboratory setting would be advantageous for this position.,
