The Laboratory Incharge will be responsible for overseeing all laboratory operations, ensuring quality control of products, managing laboratory equipment, conducting research and development (R&D), and performing analytical tasks. The individual will also ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. Day-to-day tasks include supervising laboratory staff, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with other departments to support product development and improvement. Qualifications Proficiency in Quality Control and Laboratory Skills Strong skills in handling Laboratory Equipment Excellent Analytical Skills required Experience in Research and Development (R&D) activities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage a team and work collaboratively Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemistry, Biology, or related field Experience in the spice industry or food processing is a plus Show more Show less
