Laboratory Incharge

You will be responsible for overseeing all laboratory operations as a Laboratory Incharge located in Guwahati. Your duties will include ensuring quality control of products, managing laboratory equipment, conducting research and development (R&D), and performing analytical tasks. It will be your responsibility to ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. You will supervise laboratory staff, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with other departments to support product development and improvement. To excel in this role, you should have proficiency in Quality Control and Laboratory Skills, strong skills in handling Laboratory Equipment, and excellent Analytical Skills. Experience in Research and Development (R&D) activities is essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, along with the ability to manage a team and work collaboratively. A Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemistry, Biology, or a related field is necessary. Experience in the spice industry or food processing would be a plus.,
