The incumbent will be responsible for the following:

1.Estimation and Solution Support - Estimation of projects and support in providing technical solutions. - Meeting with clients for lab business development as a technical expert. - Understanding needs and expectations and communicating specialized solutions. - Arriving at right pricing for lab solutions with a view to grow market share profitably.

2. Estimation for Bought-Out Items - Interaction with purchase and technical discussion with suppliers for bought-out items. - Coordinating with design team for offering As Per Order (APO) solutions and for developing new products.

3. Delivering Business Objectives (Topline & Bottom-line) - Conducting customer satisfaction studies and market scoping studies for segmenting the target market and creating product portfolio to meet specific segment needs. - Understanding competition (global and local), creating a competition product database, and formulating strategies to counter competition. - Demand management: coordinating with order execution cell to utilize plant capacity, offer schemes, and pick up orders with additional discounts where needed.

4. Sales Assistance (Pre-Sales Support) - Interacting with clients/branches online and offline to understand requirements and suggest the best solution. - Coordinating with branch team members for support regarding Laboratory Business. - Liaising with the communications team to create promotional material including catalogues, presentations, and videos.

5. Organizational Imperatives - Adhering to safety protocols, IMS, compliance, and organizational initiatives such as Kaizen, Business Excellence etc. - Assigning and monitoring work done by the draftsmen team.
