Job Title: Lab Technician – Ayurveda Lab

Location: On-site – Jodhpur, Rajasthan Experience Required: 2–3 Years Salary: ₹15,000–₹20,000 (In-hand) Job Type: Full-time

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Lab Technician with experience in Ayurvedic product testing and quality control. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting routine tests on raw materials and finished Ayurvedic products, ensuring compliance with industry and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform physical, chemical, and microbiological testing of raw materials and finished Ayurvedic products.
• Maintain lab equipment, instruments, and cleanliness as per standard protocols.
• Document and analyze test results accurately and maintain detailed lab records.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, AYUSH, and internal quality standards.
• Work closely with the R&D and production teams for sample testing and quality assurance.
• Prepare reports, logs, and certificates of analysis (COA).
• Assist in method development and validation for Ayurvedic formulations.
• Ensure safe disposal of lab waste and adherence to lab safety procedures.

Candidate Requirements:

• Diploma / B.Sc. in Chemistry, Microbiology, Ayurveda Pharmacy, or related field.
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in an Ayurveda lab or herbal product testing.
• Knowledge of Ayurvedic testing parameters (e.g., Ash value, Moisture content, Extractive values).
• Familiarity with lab equipment such as pH meters, hot air ovens, balances, etc.
• Basic understanding of regulatory and quality documentation.
• Good observation, reporting, and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
