Job Description

Role Overview: As a Lab Technician, you will play a crucial role in supporting daily laboratory operations with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail. You will be conducting experiments, collecting and analyzing data, maintaining lab equipment, and ensuring a clean and safe work environment. Working under the guidance of senior scientists or lab managers, you will adhere to strict protocols and procedures to guarantee precise results. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare, label, and analyze samples using scientific techniques - Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment - Accurately record, organize, and report data - Follow safety procedures and health regulations - Document test results and lab reports - Manage the inventory of lab supplies and reagents Qualification Required: - Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or a related field - Knowledge of laboratory best practices and safety guidelines - Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills Note: The work environment for this position will primarily be in a laboratory or medical/clinical setting, with potential exposure to biological samples and chemicals.
