Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee laboratory testing processes to ensure compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 standards.
Drive sales and business development initiatives for accredited metallurgical testing services.
Deliver accurate and impartial metallurgical results to clients.
Expand the laboratory s market presence through strategic marketing and client relationship management.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address client needs and requirements.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in metallurgical testing techniques.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in metallurgical testing or a related field.
Proven track record in business development and sales within the laboratory services industry.
Strong understanding of ISO/IEC 17025 standards and laboratory accreditation processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
