Qualification:

• B.Sc. / M.Sc. – Chemistry (Organic / Inorganic / Industrial Chemistry)
• Diploma – Chemical Engineering

Job Responsibilities:

1. Laboratory Analysis

• Conduct routine testing of raw materials, in-process, and finished products.
• Perform chemical and physical analysis (pH, moisture, FFA, ash content, viscosity, etc.).
• Prepare and standardize chemical reagents and solutions.
• Record and maintain test results in lab registers and software.

2. Quality Control

• Ensure samples meet product quality specifications and company standards.
• Report deviations or abnormalities to the QC/Production Incharge.
• Support senior chemists in calibration and maintenance of lab instruments.

3. Process & Production Support

• Assist in monitoring process parameters during batch operation.
• Learn operation of reactors, distillation, and blending units under supervision.
• Coordinate with production teams for process improvements.

4. Documentation & Compliance

• Maintain testing records and ensure data integrity.
• Follow ISO / GMP / Safety / Environmental standards.
• Ensure proper labeling, storage, and disposal of chemicals.

Skills Required:

• Knowledge of basic chemical analysis & laboratory practices.
• Familiar with instruments such as pH meter, spectrophotometer, burette, viscometer, etc.
• Good observation & reporting skills.
• Ability to follow lab safety protocols.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in an industrial setup.

Salary Range:

₹19,000 – ₹24,000 per month (for freshers, based on qualification & company policy)
