Lab Assistant

Position Overview: As a Fragrances Lab Assistant at R S Fragrances International Pvt. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in supporting the fragrance manufacturing process by assisting in the development, testing, and quality control of fragrance products. You will work closely with the lab team, including perfumers and chemists, to ensure the creation of high-quality and captivating fragrances that meet customer expectations.

• Assist in preparing fragrance samples for testing and evaluation by accurately measuring and mixing fragrance ingredients.
• Follow established formulas and guidelines to ensure consistency and reproducibility of fragrance blends.
• Product Testing:
• Collaborate with perfumers and chemists to conduct various tests, such as stability, compatibility, and performance testing, to assess the quality of fragrance products.
• Record detailed observations and results from testing, and communicate findings to the team.

• Lab Maintenance:
• Keep the lab organized and clean to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
• Maintain an inventory of fragrance ingredients and supplies, and assist in ordering replacements when needed.
• Documentation:
• Accurately document all procedures, observations, and results in lab notebooks or digital systems.
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of comprehensive records for regulatory and internal purposes.
• Safety and Compliance:
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures while working with fragrance ingredients and chemicals.
• Comply with regulatory standards and guidelines related to fragrance manufacturing and laboratory operations.

Qualifications:

• Graduate from any stream a degree in chemistry, biology, or a related field is a plus.
• Computer knowledge is compulsory. (MS Office )
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow precise instructions.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and share findings.
• Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and software for data recording and analysis.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
