Job Title: L3 Production Support Engineer

Experience: 3–5 Years

Location: Pune

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Production Support Engineer with a strong foundation in application

support and a willingness to learn Java coding. Candidates with L3 support experience or

Core Banking domain knowledge are highly preferred. However, exceptions can be made for

candidates with excellent product support process knowledge and strong communication

skills.

Job Requirements :

• 3–5 years of experience in Production/Application Support
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Willingness to learn Java coding and scripting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management)

Job Responsibilities

• Provide L3-level production support for enterprise-grade applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve critical issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Work closely with development and infrastructure teams for root cause analysis.
• Monitor system health, performance, and logs to proactively address potential
• problems.
• Maintain documentation of incidents and resolutions.
• Participate in on-call rotation for 24x7 support as required.
• Understand and contribute to change management processes.
