𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲:

We are looking for an experienced 𝗦𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗠𝗶𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿 with deep expertise in 𝗔𝘇𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗜𝗻𝗳𝗿𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲, 𝗖𝗹𝗼𝘂𝗱 𝗗𝗲𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗘𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗽𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗲 𝗠𝗶𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience leading end-to-end server and workload transitions from on-premises to Azure, while ensuring seamless deployment, configuration, and optimization.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

• Lead 𝗲𝗻𝗱-𝘁𝗼-𝗲𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗺𝗶𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘀 (on-prem → Azure / hybrid environments).

• Plan, design, and 𝗲𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗲 𝗔𝘇𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝗳𝗿𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 and configurations.

• Manage 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝟯𝟲𝟱 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗘𝘅𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲 𝗢𝗻𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗺𝗶𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀.

• Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions and minimal downtime.

• Provide 𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 and mentor junior engineers during migration projects.

• Troubleshoot complex issues in cloud and hybrid infrastructures.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 & 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲:

• 4–8+ years of experience in 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗠𝗶𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 / 𝗜𝗻𝗳𝗿𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴.

• Strong hands-on expertise in 𝗔𝘇𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗜𝗻𝗳𝗿𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲, 𝗩𝗶𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗠𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀, 𝗡𝗲𝘁𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗗𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆.

• Proven track record of 𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗲-𝘀𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗲 𝗔𝘇𝘂𝗿𝗲/𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝟯𝟲𝟱 𝗺𝗶𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀.

• Familiarity with Azure governance, monitoring, and cost optimization.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills for client-facing roles.

• Relevant Microsoft certifications (𝗔𝗭-𝟭𝟬𝟰, 𝗔𝗭-𝟯𝟬𝟱, 𝗠𝗖𝗦𝗘 𝗖𝗹𝗼𝘂𝗱, 𝗲𝘁𝗰.) 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗱.
