Test Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute

  manual and automated test cases

  for L2/L3 networking protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, VLAN, OSPF, BGP, MPLS).
• Develop and maintain

  Python automation scripts

  for functional, regression, and performance testing.
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and work closely with development teams to resolve issues.
• Perform

  packet-level analysis

  using tools like Wireshark, Scapy, or similar.
• Validate protocol compliance, interoperability, and scalability under various network conditions.
• Contribute to

  test strategy

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, QA, and system engineering.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in

  and their real-world applications.
• Proficiency in

  Python scripting

  for automation and test framework development.
• Experience with

  networking test tools

  (e.g., IXIA, Spirent, Wireshark).
• Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments and shell scripting.
• Good analytical and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with
