L2 IT Support Engineer

Role Overview: As an L2 IT Support Engineer at Radiant Info Solutions Pvt. Ltd., your primary responsibility will be to install, configure, test, maintain, upgrade, patch, monitor, and troubleshoot networking hardware, software, networked peripheral devices, and cabling. You will play a crucial role in maintaining all network hardware and equipment, such as routers, switches, firewalls, and hubs. Furthermore, you will be tasked with recommending, scheduling, and executing network improvements, upgrades, and repairs. Your expertise in system backups and recovery, along with hands-on experience in High End Desktop and laptop support, will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth functioning of the network infrastructure. Additionally, any experience in Datacentre migration will be highly advantageous for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Install, configure, and troubleshoot networking hardware and software. - Maintain and upgrade network hardware and equipment, including routers, switches, firewalls, and hubs. - Recommend, schedule, and perform network improvements, upgrades, and repairs. - Conduct system backups and recovery procedures effectively. - Provide support for High End Desktop and laptop systems. - Assist in Datacentre migration processes. - Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
