As an L2 IT Support Engineer at Radiant Info Solutions Pvt. Ltd. located in Goregaon East, Mumbai, your primary responsibilities will include: - Installing, configuring, testing, maintaining, upgrading, patching, monitoring, and troubleshooting networking hardware, software, networked peripheral devices, and cabling. - Ensuring the smooth operation of all network hardware and equipment including routers, switches, firewalls, and hubs. - Recommending, scheduling, and executing network improvements, upgrades, and repairs as necessary. - Performing system backups and recovery procedures to maintain data integrity. - Demonstrating hands-on experience in providing support for high-end desktop and laptop systems. - Experience in datacentre migration will be considered a plus.
