L2 Desktop Engineer Job Description - Bangalore

• Ability to manage team and have relevant experience of managing such teams of L1 support
• Should have knowledge of Service management tools and concepts.
• Experience in providing phone, email, remote, and in-person support to troubleshoot various technical problems.
• Should be able to handle and support VVIP user
• Understanding of business processes and criticality and have worked in pressure environments.
• Experience on Installing, configuring & troubleshooting issues and follow up until resolved related to Hardware, Software, Windows 11, O365 Products etc.
• Coordinate with Local, regional and Global IT teams to resolve technical issues.
• Good documentation and excel skills
• Good communication skills required
• Knowledge on asset management concepts and tools
• Can coordinate and edhere to end point and user KPIs like antivirus, patching, zero trust, user account, etc.
• Knowledge on AD management.
• L1 LAN troubleshooting skills required
• Vendor management and Invoice processing experience will be a plus

  Proficiency in Excel
