Job Description

Role Summary

We are seeking an administrator with exceptional administrative and communication abilities. You need to be willing to continuously update your understanding of labor regulations and You need to be able to handle a range of personalities and remain composed under pressure. A senior administrator ought to be fair, personable, and capable of multitasking. Additionally, if feasible, you have to be open to participating in training sessions and workshops.

Responsibilities

  • Attendance, payroll, and leave management.
  • Vendor and inventory management for operational continuity.
  • Facility upkeep, safety compliance, and employee support.
  • Financial tracking and reporting.

Requirements

  • Graduate degree in any field / Master’s in Business Administration
  • Proven 1+ years’ experience in an Admin-related role.
  • Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills
  • The ability to keep sensitive information confidential
  • Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
  • Flexible shifts
