Job Description

Introduction & Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled KYC Analyst with a minimum of 4 years of experience in AML/KYC/compliance within the corporate financial services industry. The ideal candidate will excel in conducting thorough KYC due diligence, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks such as AML laws and KYC guidelines. Strong analytical and investigative capabilities, as well as exceptional communication skills, are essential for success in this role.Main ResponsibilitiesThe KYC Analyst will be responsible for:

Conducting end-to-end KYC due diligence for global clients, including retail and institutional customers.
Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, including AML and KYC standards.
Collecting and verifying confidential client data from various sources.
Understanding and implementing KYC policies and procedures.
Providing exceptional customer service and communicating missing documentation requirements to clients.
Training staff members on KYC procedures and best practices.
Maintaining confidentiality of customer information in compliance with privacy regulations.
Participating in migration/remediation projects as needed.

Key Requirements

Outstanding customer service skills with proven experience in a client-focused role.
Strong analytical and investigative capabilities.
Excellent communication skills, able to convey complex information simply.
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and initiative.
Proficiency in financial regulations including AML, KYC, and the Bank Secrecy Act.
Ability to understand complex legal entity structures and financial transactions.
Experience in interpreting complex financial data.

Nice to Have

Exposure to Financial Crime disciplines.
Advanced degrees or relevant certifications (e.g., CAMS).
Familiarity with USA Patriot Act, OFAC regulations, and FinCEN.

This position offers flexibility in work arrangements and may involve participation in ongoing projects related to KYC compliance and client due diligence initiatives.
