Key critical skills required for this role include: - Very Strong KYC knowledge - Ability to act as a focal point for team queries during operations - Conducting training for new joiners and ensuring smooth accreditation - Providing refresher training on policy/procedure updates and conducting RCA sessions - Contributing to productivity numbers and SME responsibilities - Reviewing and managing control reports - Supporting Audit works including BIA, KPMG, Regulatory audit, etc. - Identifying process simplification ideas, raising Change requests, and implementing procedures - Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's degree You may be assessed on key essential skills relevant to succeeding in this role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking, digital technology, and job-specific technical skills. The purpose of this role is to support business areas with day-to-day processing, reviewing, reporting, trading, and issue resolution. Your accountabilities will include: - Supporting various business areas with day-to-day initiatives - Collaborating with teams across the bank to align operational processes - Identifying areas for improvement and providing recommendations - Developing and implementing operational procedures and controls - Creating reports and presentations on operational performance - Identifying industry trends and implementing best practices - Participating in projects and initiatives to improve operational efficiency As an Analyst, you are expected to: - Perform activities in a timely and high standard consistently driving continuous improvement - Possess in-depth technical knowledge and experience in your assigned area of expertise - Lead and supervise a team, guiding professional development and coordinating resources - Take responsibility for team's operational processing and activities - Escalate breaches of policies/procedures appropriately - Advise and influence decision-making within your area of expertise - Take ownership for managing risks and strengthening controls - Maintain an understanding of how your sub-function integrates within the organization - Resolve problems by applying technical experience and precedents - Act as a contact point for stakeholders outside of the immediate function All colleagues are expected to demonstrate the Barclays Values of Respect, Integrity, Service, Excellence, and Stewardship, as well as the Barclays Mindset to Empower, Challenge, and Drive.,
