Job Description

Looking for a skilled professional to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have experience in KYC/AML and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and process customer requests related to KYC/AML.
Verify customer information and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and issues.
Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in KYC/AML or a related field.
Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
