Description
We are looking for a Kronos (UKG) Support Consultant to provide L1\/L2\/L3 functional and technical support for workforce management systems. The consultant will work closely with HR, payroll, and IT teams to troubleshoot issues, optimize scheduling, and maintain system performance. Key Responsibilities: Provide L1\/L2\/L3 support for Kronos (UKG Workforce Central\/Dimensions), addressing timekeeping, scheduling, accruals, and workforce compliance issues. Troubleshoot punch data discrepancies, time clock sync issues, and workforce scheduling conflicts. Assist in configuring work rules, pay policies, and leave management workflows within Kronos. Support payroll and HR integrations between Kronos, Ultipro (UKG Pro), and other HRIS\/ERP systems. Work with store managers and HR teams to resolve employee timecard issues and scheduling conflicts. Monitor system health, performance, and upgrades, coordinating with UKG Support when needed. Assist with labor compliance, union rules, and state-specific workforce regulations. Provide end-user training and documentation to enhance Kronos adoption across retail locations. Generate custom reports and analytics to provide workforce insights and improve labor efficiency. Ensure compliance with overtime rules, FLSA regulations, and time-tracking best practices. \ufeff Skills & Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in Kronos (UKG Workforce Central\/Dimensions) support, workforce management, or HRIS administration. Strong understanding of timekeeping, scheduling, pay rules, accruals, and compliance reporting. Experience in Kronos system configurations, report generation (Kronos WIM\/BI), and troubleshooting. Hands-on expertise in Kronos integrations (API, SFTP, middleware) with payroll and HRIS systems. Knowledge of labor compliance, overtime regulations, and workforce forecasting. Experience in retail or multi-location workforce management is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work with cross-functional HR, payroll, and IT teams. Preferred Certifications: UKG Workforce Central\/Dimensions Certified Professional HRIS or Workforce Management Certifications
