For more information, please visit the company website www.thoughtfocus.com About the Role: We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Full Stack Developer who excels in building scalable backend systems with Kotlin (JVM) and Node.js , while also leading the development of modern front-end applications using React.js . The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of system design, architecture patterns, and full lifecycle application development. You will play a critical role in technical leadership, mentoring, and driving engineering best practices across teams. Required Skills & Experience: 10+ years of professional software development experience. Strong hands-on experience in Kotlin (JVM) for backend development. Advanced proficiency in Node.js , with deep knowledge of RESTful API design, security, and performance optimization. Expertise in React.js , including modern JavaScript/TypeScript, hooks, and state management libraries like Redux, Zustand, or Context API. Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript . Proven experience working with both SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB). Deep understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices. Solid experience with unit testing, integration testing, and test automation . Proficient with Git and modern development workflows (code reviews, branching strategies, CI/CD).
