Roles and Responsibilities Handle customer queries and resolve issues via phone calls, emails, or chats. Provide excellent customer service by listening actively, empathizing with customers' concerns, and offering solutions promptly. Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance metrics. Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide informed support. Desired Candidate Profile 0-1 year of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment (preferably). Excellent communication skills in Konkani language (written & spoken) for effective interaction with international clients. Strong understanding of basic computer applications such as MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings from 6 PM IST onwards.
