Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, proven experience in sales strategy, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets
• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
• Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for management
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support business goals

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
• Proven work experience as a Sales Manager or in a senior sales role
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly
