Frontend Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive and dynamic web applications using React.js and Next.js
• Build reusable UI components and maintainable front-end architecture
• Collaborate with the product, design, and backend teams to deliver features end-to-end
• Optimise applications for speed, scalability, SEO, and performance
• Troubleshoot, debug, and improve the frontend stack continuously
• Participate in code reviews and maintain a clean, modular codebase
• Ensure smooth cross-browser compatibility and responsive design
• Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
  

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in React.js, Next.js, and JavaScript (ES6+)
• Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and modern styling techniques
• Experience with REST APIs and/or GraphQL
• Familiarity with Redux, Context API, or similar state management tools
• Good understanding of version control (Git)
• Basic SEO knowledge for server-side rendering with Next.js
• Strong attention to detail, UI/UX, and mobile responsiveness
  

Good To Have

• Experience with TypeScript
• Exposure to CMS integrations or headless architecture
• Knowledge of Lighthouse, Core Web Vitals, and performance metrics
• Previous experience in fast-scaling startups or edtech platforms
