Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Knowledge Services Associate to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in the KPO industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide high-quality support to clients through various communication channels.
Manage and maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues.
Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Analyze data and provide insights to inform business decisions.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Job Requirements
