Job Description

About the Role:

We are looking for a 4 to 6 years of experience in Knowledge Management, Technical Writing, or IT documentation within a service management or support environment.

Requirements:


  • Experience working with ITSM tools and knowledge management platforms for example, ServiceNow Knowledge Base.

  • Proficient in documentation tools such as Confluence, SharePoint, or ServiceNow Knowledge Management.

  • Ability to translate complex technical information into clear, user-friendly content.

  • Familiarity with ITIL and knowledge centred support (KCS) principles is a plus.

  • ServiceNow knowledge management experience is required.

  • Required to work in 24x5 shifts, EU, EMEA US etc based on needs.


Certifications:


  • Preferred ITIL v3 or v4 Foundation.

  • Must have Certifications in Technical Writing, Knowledge Management or KCS.
