Role Overview: You will be responsible for utilizing your 4 to 6 years of experience in Knowledge Management, Technical Writing, or IT documentation within a service management or support environment. Key Responsibilities: - Work with ITSM tools and knowledge management platforms, such as ServiceNow Knowledge Base. - Utilize documentation tools like Confluence, SharePoint, or ServiceNow Knowledge Management. - Translate complex technical information into clear, user-friendly content. - Apply familiarity with ITIL and knowledge centred support (KCS) principles. - Utilize your ServiceNow knowledge management experience effectively. - Be prepared to work in 24x5 shifts, including EU, EMEA US, etc., based on the needs of the organization. Qualifications Required: - Preferably hold ITIL v3 or v4 Foundation certification. - Must possess certifications in Technical Writing, Knowledge Management, or KCS.,
